In the past few years I've had a frozen shoulder 3 times. MY GP advised it will take roughly 12-18 months to unfreeze. In my personal experience NHS physios will provide a print out of exercises that will make little difference in the freezing or frozen stages. I cannot recommend Joint Care Clinics enough. I was referred through my physio for hydro dilatation treatment. Each time this has stopped the pain of the condition within a day or so and I've had full movement back within a few weeks.
