My initial telephone call with Ram was reassuringly positive as were the follow up text messages. I had an appointment in Oadby which consisted of an in-depth interview of my relevant medical history, together with a detailed explanation of the three processes which were available to me. The initial ultrasound examination (to locate the source of my problems and to identify the pin-point area into which the injection would be made) lasted an hour. The actual injections were an additional 30 minutes. I was extremely satisfied with the professionalism of the technician (Ram) and with the unhurried, detailed procedure. I have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever of recommending Ram and the Joint Care Clinic. I have, in fact, booked a second procedure to address pain in my left wrist and hand.
