Avoid this platform. I used a bank transfer to deposit, but the money never arrived. Their third-party provider claimed it never reached them, even though I repeatedly proved it left my bank account. They refuse to refund me, and the money has seemingly vanished on their end. The bank suggested it sounds like a scam, but since the transfer left my account, there’s nothing they can do. I've submitted all documentation multiple times, yet a refund is still denied.
