I ordered 2 table cloths and a set of table clips on the 17th March, no bias binding or anything special. I got an email on the 19th with the invoice and the payment left my bank. I checked the shipment tracking number (supplied with the invoice) several times but it was invalid. I then recieved an email on the 23rd saying that one of the patterns I'd chosen had a flaw and they were replacing the roll. This we obviously annoying but understandable. I asked for the remainder of my order to be delivered in the meantime and was assured it would be. This was a week ago and I have recieved no dispatch email or parcel. I'm a little annoyed that they were so quick to take my money but 2 weeks later I'm still waiting for any part of my order.
