AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

After my previous review below I received an email back telling me to send the item back for a refund TRACKED POSTAGE which cost £8 but i wasnt willing to pay that so i sent it back signed for which still cost £3 only now youve replied on here saying to dispose of the palette and dont send it back because i wont be getting a refund. YOUR COMPANY IS A JOKE. On email youre promising me a refund and telling me to return the pallete tracked postsage, your site says a courier will come pick up the faulty item and NOW YOUR SAYING DISPOSE OF THE PALETTE and youll replace it. I DONT WANT A REPLACEMENT I WANT MY REFUND AS PROMISED BY YOU OVER EMAIL. ALSO YOU CAN REFUND ME THE POSTAGE COST YOU TOLD ME TO POST I HAVE RECEIPT OF THIS AND THE EMAIL WHERE YOU TELL ME TOPOST IT. This has gone on for nearly a month now its a joke. *UPDATE 12/01/17 Jolie beauty are stating below I have a new palette I don't have anything, i only got the email to say one was getting shipped last night so how would i have the palette yet? Plus that wasnt right away its been going on since the 23rd december....And i was told to keep the damaged goods after your customer service team told me via email to post it tracked delivery I even asked twice cos it didn't sound right. Also I'm fine with the fact that is your policy however your customer service team are not saying the same thing over email, I was made to believe returning the faulty palette via post which i was told to pay for would get me a refund so yet again im out of pocket. And my problem is also the fact this has nearly took a month, your customer service team said you were off when I first message this was a lie as Ive screenshots proving you read my message straight away. Ive never wrote on trustpilot in my life I just feel your company/customer service team has messed me around.
