I received and installed the shower head, but the water pressure was very low and it arrived with a slight blemish. I reached out the next day to return it, but the company lacks responsive customer service and I received no reply to my four emails. Their fifth email suggested removing a flow restrictor, which we had already done, without addressing the blemish issue. It's been a week since I requested a return, and I'm still waiting for a response. This has been the worst customer service experience I've had in quite some time.
