Hopeful work in progress… I’d seen this featured on Russell’s Insta a while back and thought - hmm, okay, I might look into it one day.That time came early March as I continued to reflect on my perimenopause journey since Oct ‘24, trying to find the best supplements to hep me with weight gain and knee niggle (thankfully minor) which have been my biggest symptoms.
