Arranged & picked up my shorty Jack Russell puppy from the breeder in Texas, delivered to me in Long Island. His rate was so good, and communication so perfectly utd at all times that I gave him a cash tip with his fee! My puppy arrived safe, healthy, not traumatized from the trip, and happy. John honored his quote, made the pickup as he and the breeder had arranged, and made the drop off prior to the window he set for the day of delivery. However, he communicated this to me the day before, so I was completely prepared to accept my puppy early and happy to do so! As a business owner/operator, and a private dog owner that had my current grown dog driven up to me from a different breeder a few years ago, I respect and totally appreciate the professionalism, warmth and communication that John provided. He also texted utd pics along the journey, which reduced any potential angst I might have had. 5 star service for sure ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
