A couple of minutes away from hotel in Torquay bus driver tells us "oh sorry I forgot to tell you that the tribute acts have pulled out ,it says on our app that we are not responsible and the hotel deals with the artists"or words to this effect.On journey home it Transpires Jones were informed by hotel over a month before by email that there would be no acts this emailwas missed by office staff at Jones, Bus driver tells us That the hotel should have followed up with a phone call ......Talk about unprofessional!!!Totally disgraceful. No proper apology just passing the buck..Bus driver kept saying Im just the driver ....Travelled with them a few times sad to say this will be my last...Not acceptable or ethical...bad show ...
