I didn't ever intend on writing a 1* review about Jones International but feel compelled too after the response I have had from them.I have recently come back from the Harry Studio tour + London trip. The trip itself was great, driver was fab, bus clean, hotel lovely.At the end of the trip the bus driver stated as Jones The Bus are a family run expanding business they welcome constructive feedback. I e-mailed them with positive and some constructive feedback.This is the 2nd trip I have done with Jones the 1st trip had 11 pick ups this 2nd one had only 4. Alot of the pickups on the 1st trip were very close together and a few of them only had 2 passengers getting on. This made for a very long journey and felt unnecessary, it does take away from the trip a little. After experiencing a trip with fewer stops it really emphasised the difference. 3 stops in the Swansea are is not necessary.Jones International are Carmarthenshire based but they also get alot of guests travelling up from Pembrokeshire just to use Jones. Including me. I passed my thoughts over to Jones International regarding this and also provided alot of praise. Despite my feedback I was still purely team yellow with every intention of being a regular customer.Jones International responded to my feedback and I was astounded by the response. They stated they are a Carmarthenshire based company and their focus is their customer base in Carmarthenshire & M4 Corridor. In response to me stating I was looking forward to booking a trip with them next year, they reminded me to be aware they cannot guarantee the number of stops and suggested that I use a Pembrokeshire based company instead.It was a long winded not so subtle way of saying we don't care if you don't live in Carmarthenshire and unless you are going to write a glowing 5* review they won't like you either. For a seemingly friendly, family run business I was shocked at the lack of professionalism and rudeness. They do not take feedback in any form.Well I can firmly say I am no longer team yellow and will take up their suggestion of using a Pembrokeshire based coach company.Just to note most other Coach operators either offer a feeder bus, or charge a supplement for certain pick up points that are off their main pick up route. The stops which only a couple of people get on at. This is common practice and Jones are missing the point with my feedback.Their response was so rude I feel obliged to expose their behaviour publically and I will be recommending family and friends also use a Pembrokeshire based company instead. After all it is what they want.
