Arrived home yesterday, from a 2 day trip, The Coronation Street Experience. I travelled with my 19 year old grand daughter, who loves Corrie. We were picked up 10 minutes early. After a few more pick ups on the way, we stopped off at Chester for 5 hours, and then onto the Mercure Haydock hotel. A great choice of hotel, our room was spacious, lovely big shower room, the beds were very comfortable. 3 course evening meal, which was delicious and the buffet breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. Lots on offer to choose from! I have never travelled with Jones before but found them to be very organised, the seats on the coach were labelled with our names, then after embarking at Chester, our room keys were already on the coach for us, saves queuing up when you get to the hotel. Shaun our driver was great, humorous, friendly, knowledgeable, one of the best! The Coronation Street experience itself, was fab, my grand daughter especially loved it, this was my 2nd time of visiting, but nevertheless was still a great experience. I would recommend this company, everything is so well organised. I will be looking to book more trips in the future!
