Recently, the folding catch to my JETE-24 had broken. My fault completely, so contacted Jorvik via an email with a few photographs and a request for a replacement to be posted. Within 48 hours I was contacted, the replacement was purchased, paid for and arrangements made for delivery. Then a few days later I received the new folding catch. That day I replaced it and back pedalling on the roads. Very easy from start to finish. Well informed by Jorvik and the delivery service. Excellent customer service as I have experienced in the past. Quality of part was excellent too.
