Purchased a Sofa at a cost of £1890…

Purchased a Sofa at a cost of £1890 paid to have our old sofa removed and on the day of delivery. It arrived with black marker pen on it so refused to accept the goods as they were not as we purchased.. We was told to accept and await to speak to customer services. I declined and sent the sofa back. They are reusing to refund me my money saying they have cleaned it and I should accept it. I think these new kids need to learn about customer service and rights for seller and buyers before telling me to take them to court for my refund. Today I filled an online court claims. They have left us with no sofa for all the easter period. You have been warned.REPLY. WHY DID WE LOOSE IN COURT? BECAUSE YOU HID BEHIND OUTLET AND NOT RETAIL VERY GOOD BUT I DID GET KARMA LOL

Retailers send us clearance stock for many reasons. We receive photography samples, end-of-line stock, cancelled orders, customer returns and ex-display pieces. This stock is sorted, quality checked, photographed and uploaded to our website.

    As our name suggests, we were founded in 2019 by Joseph and James. After leaving school at 18, they launched the company from a dilapidated basement unit in a Stockport mill with just 5 sofas.

    The popularity of their discounted branded sofas and rapid delivery model facilitated strong growth. Joseph and James have always sought to do things differently from the incumbent outlets. This began by being the first furniture outlet to host a website which showed their live stock and was available to be ordered immediately by customers. Joseph and James don't wish to be just another furniture outlet, they want to be the biggest furniture outlet. They want to have a nationwide presence of large showrooms which offer a unique furniture shopping experience.See more
