My boyfriend and I wanted to design a ring for me together, and we worked with Bonnie at Joseph Jewelry to make a truly gorgeous ring (amethyst and blue sapphire set in rose gold). She was incredibly patient with my (endless) back-and-forth to make it exactly what I wanted, and was available by phone and email. It was really a pleasure to work with her, and I was, and still am, totally thrilled at the final result. I love it! I am very happy.
