A warning for those ordering to Austria: I had to pay an additional 100€ at the post office for VAT, extra import fees, and a storage fee due to incorrect labeling of the package. None of this was mentioned on the website, so I was shocked to pay over 100€ more than expected. When I contacted the store, the only response was that customers are responsible for additional charges. It feels quite frustrating and disappointing, which is unfortunate because the boots are actually nice, though not worth over 300€.
