Ok, so I'm ya normal kinda women. Hard working single mum whos divorced. Consumed with guilt. I came across Josh online, his words resonating with me. I have been in therapy for 3 years and doing some deep significant work, but I had a pattern in my life I just couldn't break. I plucked up the courage to go to one of Josh's London breathwork seminars. I had done one at home and I will be honest, the pain I felt was overwhelming considering the 3 yrs of therapy I had. It was such a deep pain that it left me wanting more.So, I told myself to go, be brave and your doing this because I am worth it. Josh, Jess and Nick where all there greeting everyone. I mean I talk about my feelings every week but this was different. She is my gut, my navigation... she is my connection to what is right for me. She is amazing and together we are doing life, I am know longer alone. She has me and I have her. Listen to him/her they are here to show you your self worth, your self love and the beauty that has always been there. So go get them, stop hiding, stop allowing others to dictate who you are. I promise the 6 weeks will open up things for you, it will make your life easier to live.Josh has got you, Jess has got you and Nick has too. The community is beautiful, it's raw, its honest and its safe. Inner you will change how you feel about yourself and show you what it's truly like to believe in you and trust in you and you alone.
