I believe 100% that this program has helped improve me, which is the foundtion of the life we choose and develop for ourselves. I'm a better father, a better person, and a better husband. The lessons, when applied, are very applicable (of course a few aren't, but there's so much here, and so many experiences people have that's it's impossible for EVERYTHING to apply.) The only issue I had was a poor CSM, he was a bit flaky and slow to respond when needed. BUT, with the lessons here, the connections to others in similar life spaces, the groups and chats, the tools were here and just needed to be applied. I think people just need to realize this is work-it's not a magic pill. And addressing and growing through and past years of built up issues, both internally and with your wife, may take time. And when things start going well, when you've changed, don't get lazy and stop.
