I tripped upon this travel agent while planning for a 30th anniversary trip. I had gotten very stressed out and bogged down with trying to make it all work and decided to turn it all over to this company that I knew almost nothing about. What a great decision! One of the best trips of my lifetime. We ended up in a beautiful place that I never would’ve considered going. Everything was planned just perfectly and any questions I had were quickly answered by the staff. It is definitely a small staff of people so you always feel like you’re talking to a real person but they’re very very responsive. I am a total control freak about travel so any of you thinking about this who don’t think you could “let go“I assure you you can and you will be better for this experience. We will definitely be doing another trip with this company. Don’t worry, they ask you every possible question to make sure you won’t be stuck doing something that you wouldn’t enjoy. They even ask you how busy you want to be so the schedule is tailored to you. We had three full days in our city to explore on our own but had we said we wanted to be busier I’m sure they would’ve filled every day. Don’t think about it anymore. Just do it! The ONLY caveat, I would say, is if you do say that you would like to do outdoor activities be sure that you are in decent physical condition. If you are an American tourist and used to getting off of a bus and walking on a flat paved path, that is not what you will experience at least not in Portugal :-) We thought it was amazing, but we could think of a few people we know that might’ve thought the physical end of it was a bit much.
