I really appreciated that, even though they work to keep things a surprise, I could be sure things were tailored to me through the survey and the questions about places you want to see or want to avoid. It was fun to guess at clues. Most importantly, the team was very responsive via WhatsApp when we had questions before and during the trip, and feel personable in their chats.
