If you are having doubts about booking just do it. It will be an amazing adventure. I kept getting ads for Journee as I watch a lot of travel content. I did my first proposal and got scared and let it expire. Then a few months I did another proposal as curiosity was getting the best of me. I liked that I was able to select what mattered to me. Hiking, safe for solo female travellers, and a new adventure. I also liked that you could select destinations that you didn’t want to travel to for whatever reason. The customer service with Journee is fantastic. On getting back my proposal I realised it was somewhere that I’d already been and didn’t want to go back to. (The first clue was very obvious). I immediately contacted them and put that destination on my ‘no’ list and they did me a whole new proposal over a couple of days. I loved the what’s app clues that came regularly and I loved the build up for everything, the reveal postcard and information pack was amazing. I didn’t even guess the destination until I opened the envelope. I cannot fault anything. Everything was so well done, Journee is at the end of text message. Everything was so smooth I couldn’t believe it. I lucked out and got an exit row seat, I booked an airport transfer which was waiting when I landed. I got to my accommodation early and they let me in the room early which was fantastic. The accommodation was so clean and right in the middle of the city centre for convenience but surprisingly quiet. The activities planned were fabulous and the communication throughout the holiday from Journee and the tours were brilliant. Just book it you won’t regret it. It was so nice to have everything out of my hands for a change and I can’t wait to book my next Journee.
