Bought an electric bike with range of "up to 20 miles" and 15 day return period. Should have read the bait and switch fine print. Bike cannot be returned once assembled or ridden. Gets at best 2 miles on a full overnight charge. Have to pay to ship battery back for replacement, get RMA (took weeks) meanwhile I'm stuck walking.Journey bikes appears to just be a middleman and dumps all problems off on manufacturer. Has made the whole process difficult.
