TLDR:It’s a fraud.. do not buy from them..Despite website saying shipping in EU is FREE (in capital letters). Turns out it is not!Full story:I made an order, payment when through. About two weeks later I still did not receive the order. Then I realised that I did not get any email from them about order confirmation.I emailed them (their email alias to communicate with customers is marketing1.. wtf?!) inquiring about my order (good that I saved order number). Their response was:‘Hello, due to the shipping policy of the independent website, some regions require a certain amount of shipping and customs clearance fees. We understand your feelings, and this is where the current shipping policy for independent websites is not perfect. If you can accept this fee, an independent website employee will send you a payment link. If you do not accept this fee, we will process the refund for you as soon as possible. We respect your choice and look forward to your reply.’Basically they use some platform like shopify to build their site and it does not have functionality (or they do not know how) to customise shipping cost per country… I don’t care about their internal problems, I am a customer and I just want a trustworthy service.I wonder if I had not emailed them myself if they would ever had reached out to me? Or sit quietly and hope I forgot about my car seat order and just keep my money? Avoid them!
