I bought a car seat from them and unfortunately, reading the description, I thought it would be fine for my car that doesn't have an isofix system. I contacted customer service for a return (guaranteed by their policy) and it took me two weeks to organize the return, waiting for them to give me an address to send it to. Another two weeks have passed and, despite the goods being returned in perfect conditions, I have not received any refund and they are unable to verify the status of my return. The dialogue with customer service was long and tiring, and difficult to resolve. Quality products.
