The wand works very well. I noticed a difference in sensitivity after about 2 weeks. By the end of each session I feel tingling and throbbing like there is an increase in blood flow. Hubby noticed tightening as well. The app is a bit buggy and doesn't mark each program that is completed. Overall I highly recommend to any women with bedroom issues. I only took off a point for the app because it will send you reminders that you haven't been completing session even when you are up to date.
