I received a call from Joymind for an “assessment,” and the whole thing felt off. The rep was polite for five minutes, but the moment I said I’d think about it, his tone flipped. He got irritated and basically implied I should’ve made up my mind earlier. That’s a red flag for any service, but especially for something that sells itself as supportive or therapeutic. No legitimate wellness or coaching company should pressure you or get annoyed just because you want time to decide. If this is Joymind’s standard sales approach, then it tells you everything you need to know. The pushiness, the attitude, and the lack of professionalism make Joymind a pass for me.
