Well, they did ship it and it took two weeks to get here. When it did get here, it was the wrong size and color. No phone number to call so I emailed and was asked to send a picture of the wrong item and packaging. Which I did. Finally, after a week had passed, they said they'd send another one. Two weeks later no replacement . emailed again asking for a confirmation tracking number for the replacement. Had to email a couple times to get a response. When I did finally get a response, I was sent the tracking number for the original incorrrect item and the delivery date was the day the incorrect item was delivered. Had to contact my payment company as it's been a month now. Who knows if I will ever see
