I ordered a pantry, opened one box and took out 1 piece to see what it looked like, pictures can only tell so much. I was not happy with the finish/material not at all what I imagined from the discripion so I requested a refund. I was told because there is not a problem with the cabinet, I'm responsible for shipping. Although I felt I should nit be responsible to pay for shipping considering I only took 1 piece out and there might be issues with other pieces I was willing to eat the shipping cost. I asked if they would send me a shipping label so I could arrange a pickup, I was told they currently don't have the ability to provide shipping labels I would have to bring it myself. I begged to send me one because the item is too heavy for me to move and it was 2 boxes nit just one. Went back and forth via emails because you can't even speak with a live person. At the end I'm stuck with an item I don't like because if there poor customer service and policy. Before you purchase anything from this company, I would recommend you ask all questions.
