We used JP Goldman for our house purchase. We were first time buyers purchasing into no chain but due to the lack of communication and enthusiasm to move our purchase forward this took nearly 6 months! Communication was non existent from start to finish. It would take multiple phone calls and emails to get a reply. We would be left for weeks with no updates or email replies. They have an app but they never update it. After 2 weeks and 4 non replies to emails we submitted a formal complaint and to no surprise they never responded!!!. I rang and spoke to the assistant director who assured me contracts would be exchanged that day and it still proceeded to take another 2 weeks!To add to this our file handler left the firm before we completed and nobody bothered to inform us. Unfortunately i do not have any positives i can share. Buying a house for the first time yes can be stressful but should also be exciting, but JP Goldman just caused us stress and ruined the entire experience for us. Not a firm i would recommend.
