Found these guys through a comparison site. I had a buyer for my house and their proposed legal fees outcompeted all others. So I went to them on price. I thought I was in for a three month haul after many house sales I've engaged in have taken this long.What a surprise though...Telephone contact on first day, everything in motion by day 5, forms signed soon after and them—chasing me—to get things in order. I'd entered a cheeky, too optimistic completion time on the forms, yet there I was exchanging and completing way before that time.
