Joe and the team are a professional, friendly bunch who take pride in doing a good job. Price-wise they’re competitive too and very transparent about what is and isn’t included. They’ve undertaken a few projects for me over the last few months:- a replacement flat roof (strengthening it, adding insulation and new lead flashing), - replacement garage roof (removing a 1950s asbestos horror and replacing with a flat roof), - replacement extension/pantry roof (including plastering of the internal ceiling), - main roof (full replacement, popping the solar panels off and back on and repairs to the chimney stack)- a refresh of my utility room/cloakroom (replacement cladding, trims). There are other jobs that need doing - as my house is a bit of a project - and JPK Property Solutions will be my first port of call to get those done.
