I bought a car from this seller on 17th October 2024 through financing. Within just a few days, parts began to fail. By January 2025, I experienced an oil pump failure and internal engine damage, despite having driven only 800 miles. The seller arranged repairs through another service, but the oil light kept coming on. An independent inspection revealed that issues with the lubrication system and wet belt were present at the time of sale, indicating that the car had existing problems. The seller ignored my initial email complaint, denied the faults, and only confirmed them reluctantly over the phone. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this seller. As a mother of two, it’s winter, and I’m left with very little money and a car that I can’t drive.
