I have an urgent purchase to complete, my solicitor keeps giving vague instructions on documents needed, and when I send them or ask questions, there is no acknowledgment nor reply, has been the case for a month now. I believe I sent all docs and we are ready to exchange, but I am not even sure my solicitor has received my documents, not to mention what is blocking the exchange. Still not heard from her as I write this review. Avoid at all cost, I have bought 3 properties and this solicitor is by far the most shockingly irresponsible and unresponsive.
