Our moving day turned into a nightmare. We went with Jason even though his quote was higher because he promised to be flexible and professional. Sadly, that’s not how it turned out.Once we got to the new place, he suddenly demanded £400 more, saying he hadn’t realised there were steps at the property. We were basically cornered — either pay or risk not having our belongings unloaded. It was such an awful position to be put in.It’s really shaken my trust, and I’d hate for anyone else to go through the same. Please be careful if you’re considering using this mover.
