I bought a juice power bank 2 years ago and aware that this product was no longer under warranty I felt that Juice would want know about the condition I found it in when wanting to charge it recently. The outer case looks like it has been forced open revealing the insides of the pack and it looks burnt in all four corners. It appears as if it has overheated, even though it has been sat in a drawer since my holiday last year. After writing to the company I received a reply telling me that I should have been charging it at least every 3 months, something that I had not been made aware of when I bought it. Customer service advised that as a gesture of good will, if I sent a video of the power bank showing it’s condition they would send me a new one to try. Unfortunately after passing on this information and my address details this has not materialised and they are now not responding. I am writing this review to make others aware of how to look after your power banks so you don’t experience the same problems.
