If I could leave zero stars I would. I placed an order with Juice Beauty, but did not notice they used my niece's name & address until after the order went through. I immediately contacted Juice Beauty by email (they do not have a phone number to call) and notified them of the issue. "Customer Service" replied back that they start processing orders right away and could not cancel or change the shipping address. So basically I'm screwed. I wrote them back and told them they just lost a customer.
