Customer service is awful. I asked for samples of foundation so that I can match it before I buy and the email response was yes, but no samples of anything else. It had a little attitude vibe in the email. I wasn’t asking for free samples of anything else and let her know that I want to be able to match the foundation and don’t know of a store that carries it. most companies provide this so you can buy their product. Anyway, she said she would send samples and I never received anything so a couple of weeks later, I checked in and asked if they were sent and I was told yes. Well, it’s been 2 Months and nothing ever came so I sent another email and never received a response. There are so many natural makeup companies now a days, I find no need to buy juice beauty foundation when they make it this difficult and have found 2 other great options since that I’m loving!
