I love their products, but there is no one to answer the customer service phone line to attend to calls for someone who has a problem ordering online. Then, it takes 24 hours or so for response to email. Love the products but find it difficult to solve problems because no human is available. So keep taking my money and when I get tired of the lack of customer support, I will go somewhere else.
