UPDATE: Classic response. It is just so unprofessional still, no responsibility. Just a load of babble and facts of dates and prices etc when we bought the products. Again, just my experience. I’ll let people make their own mind up about JuiceBitz overpriced productsI must apologise for getting the dates mixed up of when I ordered them or how many, but there’s the evidence of me purchasing 4 of them & none of them work. Promotional price or not, it still didn’t last 🤦🏼♀️ This review isn’t for a particular recent purchase, but just a final review to say the last of 4 cables that I bought in the past has finally started playing up like the other 3. They are not cheap compared to other cables, but in my experience, the cheaper one I purchased has worked every single time I’ve plugged it in. The newest JuiceBitz cable I have purchased, probably a year ago, has now stopped charging my Apple products. This is exactly what happened to other 3xI remember typing a review on eBay and reading other reviews, I have learned that the company will always, 100% avoid any responsibility whatsoever to any negative review. This is extremely poor customer after sales service. I’ve had 4 because I felt it was just bad luck, but I’m now not convinced. The products I’ve bought, have simply just not lasted. It’s as simple as that.They’ll probably respond to this as me making it up because I couldn’t provide an order number or whatever. But the thing is, I won’t cry a river over the response. Anyone ready this can make their own mind up 😬 It’s a real shame, the products aren’t durable because they look amazing. If they lasted I wouldn’t be here today
