Update: After 3 weeks of emails and voice messages, I was contacted by someone in Sr Management from Juice Plus.I was told that they changed billing systems, and this caused the issue.They have remedied the problem satisfactorily.Be careful! I have used Juice Plus for over 20 years, and until recently (beginning of 2024) all was well.Now, they have charged my credit card all year AND NEVER SHIPPED THE PRODUCT. I have called them numerous times and after moving though a long queue of numbers, there is a recording telling me to call back during business hours. Every single call I've made to them IS during business hours.I have emailed customer service as well as their Founder/CEO and to date, no replies.I am marking all of this year's credit card charges as fraudulent.Too bad that they went from a decent company with a good product to theft and decption.RL
