It seems quality control is not prioritized; items are produced with little oversight, and if customers don’t voice concerns, it appears they can get away with it. When issues are mentioned, they may provide a reprint, but those can also arrive with problems. Reprints take time, causing significant delays, so I wouldn’t recommend them for urgent projects. Although the customer service is generally friendly and helpful with issues, the overall lack of quality control has diminished my trust.
