The engineers were also excellent at communicating, talking me through what they were doing and showing me the worn parts that they were replacing which builds trust. Daz is clearly a very experienced and knowledgeable guy and I felt 100% confident that I was receiving the right service to repair the immediate issue and the right advice about future maintenance. Both Daz and his partner behaved in a respectful manner at all times when in my house and left it clean and tidy. The invoice when received was entity reasonable. I can’t recommend these guys highly enough.
