I placed an order on 10/3 and have been trying to get in touch with anyone, but all I get is a voicemail (no name, no greeting). I was trying to check on the status of my order and why I was charged for shipping when it clearly says free shipping for orders over $200.00. My order status says it's processing. I'm not getting a good feeling about getting my order. Why would a company have customer service calls forwarded to an unidentified voicemail? I'm not sure if I will even get my order. I've sent two emails and left two messages. No response at all.
