Before renting our new property our new agent Daniel has been super helpful, quick to reply and thorough. During our tenancy at the current property the agent we had was prone to mistakes, slow to reply (or not reply at all), most support tickets were picked up only when chased although there were cases where a logged ticket would be picked up very fast. It was usually the follow up if the issue hadn’t been resolved that got ignored. We often got repeat emails asking for extra money we had paid and mistakes in the tenancy agreement were common.
