Jumia and Jumiapay which is a subsidiary of jumia is a very unreliable platform,after placing one order, you are automatically locked out from placing anymore orders, the platform keeps giving error messages. I complained to the Jumia coustomer service, I was asked to provide ID, I did and nothing was done, it is more than 3 months now, funny thing is they keep telling you to wait for 48hrs, till date the 48hrs has never ended. I do not advice nobody to use the platform because they do not care about their clients. And they do not have a phone number to reach them, except via email or tweeter of which they take days to reply, and when they do, they never find a solution to the issue you contacted them about.
