This is the worst online company in the world, terrible and disgusting! I paid N10000 for my items to be delivered at my house but the stupid and irresponsible delivery driver parked his van in the middle of the market in Oshogbo ( which was over a mile away from my house) and he asked me and other customers to meet him there to collect our orders. We had to walk everywhere in the market to trace and find him, useless delivery driver. But I paid a fortune for delivery and not to travel over a mile to collect, absolutely useless Jumia and it’s driver.On two occasions, which accounted for N20000 for delivery, that we could not find the useless delivery driver in the middle of the market in Oshogbo, he reported it as ‘FAILED DELIVERY’!!! And useless Jumia blocked me on their POS! A company that doesn’t listen to customers complaints would never improve. I am so pissed off with Jumia, absolutely pissed off. I paid for delivery, you must deliver it.
