I ordered items to be delivered in donholm. I got a message to pick the items,but found the pick up point was permanently closed even before i ordered the items. Calling jumia customer care is the most useless thing you can do. They either transfer you or promise to call back but they will never communicate as promised.I am a very dissapointed customer.If you have any other option other than jumia, i would advise run for it.Otherwise if its jumia better insist for payment on delivery if its something they have locally.
