I am already regretting my long time patronage with Jumia. I ordered a fridge which was delivered and it didnt work. i called for a return and it was picked up. i got a mail after about a week or more that my return was declined and both good and money will be kept by Jumia. This is so annoying because i never knew that was jumia policy. Okay i have not been around to even attempt visiting jumia office, i went online last week to discover that the fridge was tagged delivered and i’m like where is it delivered to. All jumia customer lines are no longer working except the one you can use to place orders and those people will not assist. No email is working except you fill the online form and i have filled it 3 times now without any response.No one is talking to me.
