Dear Jumia Egypt,It is so annoying to deal with your terrible services in Egypt! Please, customer service and management, stop to put my calls down!No way that something I ordered 1 month ago and I have been waiting for such a long time with so many problems, it is out of the stock now, and you just have wrote me this today !!!!!!!! How????THE MODERN SEATS AND PILLOWS ( my number of the order :335398342) I really need so badly!!! This is why the people order your staff, because they need it! The Modern Seats and pillows ,which I order grey and pillows white and grey with the sale promotion and which you just once delivered me in totally wrong colors, like blue and ping and I had to face your delivery problems, and useless customer cervices not answering and putting my calls down....all was a tragedy and now when I finally should receive my order , you just get read of me in this way???? NO, you will send me all I ordered and . It is such a waste of my time with you ! Next time I will go directly to the sellers and buy the staff from the shops like Art Home and others!!!!!Your management : The team leader in person from customer service GUARANTEED ME TO HAVE MY DELIVERY IN 5 DAYS and assured me 100% not to be worry about anything, and he even gave me his word! WELL 5 DAYS FINISHED YESTERDAY, and the result...?YOU HAVE 24 HOURS TO DELIVER ME MY ORDER, IF NOT, I WILL WRITE TO YOUR HEAD OFFICE IN NIGERIA AND MAKE YOU FAMOUS IN ALL EXPATS PAGES IN EGYPT!!!!! Today is 30.9 2018, Waiting until tomorrow!And hurry up, I get enough from you!!!!!!!! How could you be so unprofessional???? YOUR CALL CENTER IN EGYPT DOES NOT FUNCTION AND YOU CONTINUE PUTTING MY CALLS DOWN! It is impossible to contact you!!!
