I ordered a phone,after 2 months use the phone started hanging it went off and did not turn on.I raised my complain and was taken through a 3 day process,at first they gave me non-existent location of the service center i wasted hours looking for a fake place,i went back to their physical customer care agent along Kenyatta Avenue.The lady initiated a return request and i was allowed to give back the phone. I waited for weeks untill i got an email to go and get my spoilt phone at posta because they were unable to solve the issue.I wasted time,money and energy only to get my spoilt phone back,the mail indicated that they will forward the details of service center,but i have never heard from them.Anyway i was so much dissapointed.So bitter! Why sell fake products anywy.
