Jumia Egypt has TERRIBLE customer support. It's all fine and dandy if you just buy and pay but if you're an unlucky chap and you end up with an item that's not as described /pictured then good luck even trying to talk to someone to help you resolve your problem. Their automated messaging service is super frustrating and any message you send online will not be answered before four working days!!?? Worst still, when it is answered you don't get someone to pick up the item that was wrongly sent to you!! Jumia then has the nerve to send you an email telling you that your complaint has been resolved????!!!! How dare they undermine their customers like this!!!!!
